SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

LOCAL DELIVERY IN CRAWFORDVILLE, FL

The Lace Rose LLC offers Local Delivery in Crawfordville, FL -

Monday through Thursday 10 AM - 4 PM.

Please place your order online. Delivery dates are scheduled based on availability. We will reach out to you to confirm your scheduled time. 

Please contact us using our website’s contact form for special delivery requests outside of our normal delivery schedule. 

ORDER PROCESSING

All non-custom orders will begin processing within two (2) business days. 

SHIPPING

  • The Lace Rose LLC ships all orders throughout the United States using USPS and UPS as our third-party shipping carriers.

  • Orders are only shipped nationwide - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We do not ship nationwide on Fridays or holidays. *Please note that during peak times shipping days may be extended to Friday to accommodate a high volume of orders.  

  • Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel your order. 

DELIVERING AND SHIPPING GUARANTEE

  • Local deliveries can only be made to a street address. We cannot deliver to a PO Box. A physical street address is required. 

  • The Lace Rose LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

  • Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered if signature for delivery is required.

  • Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.

  • Orders will be processed in the order in which they are placed. Please communicate any specific delivery date requests to us through our contact form at time of order.

  • The Lace Rose LLC is not responsible for any delivery delays due to the high volume that our third-party carriers experience during the year.

Upon Delivery  

Once delivery is confirmed by our delivery drivers or third party carriers, The Lace Rose LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. 

RETURNS 

  • The Lace Rose LLC photography prints and paintings include sizes on each product page to assure you are able to confirm correct sizing prior to purchase. In the off chance you are unhappy with your studio item, please contact us through our website’s contact form to discuss a possible resolution.

  • Please note for any return resolution, the purchaser will be responsible for any return fees back to The Lace Rose LLC, as well as any return fee for an exchange. Returned Products must be undamaged. Any damage to returned products will cancel previously agreed resolutions. 

  • Free items are not eligible for replacement or refund.

  • There are no returns or exchanges on any products including non-perishable items. 

  • If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact The Lace Rose LLC within 24 hours of when the package was received and provide a photo of both product and shipping/delivery box and a detailed description of the issue, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience with The Lace Rose LLC.

  • All claims submitted after the 24 hour delivery window or without proper photos, or order number will not be eligible for return, refund or reship. 

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Orders may not be cancelled within two business days of the ship or delivery date. Orders that already have a generated tracking number are also unable to be cancelled. Studio Items that have already begun production cannot be cancelled or returned. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact The Lace Rose LLC immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule. Custom and bulk orders are unable to be cancelled once placed.
